Hey everybody!
Just getting started on another week of new marketing strategies. The weekend went by pretty quick. I did not know how much I value the weekends until I actually started working every weekend. I'm hearing that interest rates may go up slightly. I still recommend buying a home or refinancing if you already own a home. My new website is coming along great and I will have a new toll free 1800 number for you all to call to get up to date information on the real estate services we provide. That feature will be added to our marketing plan in late April. So Stay Tuned!
WOW! What a busy month March has turned out to be. I'm continuing to work on my marketing plan for real estate. You really have to learn to market yourself in this business.
Also, I had a dentist appointment, which was not that bad. Kids take care of your teeth. We have had great weather here in Georgia: but now its a lot cooler it felt great for a couple of days.
I had to do some yard work last week. I'm considering a John Deere Riding Mower. I really liked the one I saw in Lowe's: Well my real estate work is calling me so its time for me to get back to work.

The weather here in Atlanta continues to be nice. Interest Rates are remaining steady so far, but that is liable to change at any time. I'm working on some great new marketing techniques that I'm really proud of.
So keep checking back as I keep you informed of these new ideas. I had a relaxing weekend and really got away from real estate for a few days: now it's time to get back to work.
First of all I would like to welcome the addition of Emma Douglas to my real estate staff. I think she will help our staff and business grow. Her addition allows us to continue to provide excellent customer service to our clients.
I'm still getting my phone options set-up on Vonage: but so far everything has been fine. I will be adding more personel to my staff this summer as we expand the market we cover here in Georgia.
On a personal note the weather the last couple of days has been gorgeous. I just really love Georgia: no place like it.
I'm still developing my website, but it is up and running.( So Go visit) I'm considering going back to school to get my Georgia Broker's License for real estate but for now: just working on increasing my client base.
I switched my local and long distance service over to Vonage. Also, I decided to stay with Metro PCS for cellular service. I was with one of those big cell phone companies you see on TV for three years and I never felt appreciated as a customer.
Its still a great time to buy or sell a home here in Georgia compared to other states across the country.
